CUSTOMER COMMENT: Paint or Stain Interior Surfaces They did an excellent job, but it was delayed.
RESPONSE FROM KEN: We were indeed delayed to start the job on time in order to finish on time. The job prior to hers had much added work, and we don’t start more work than we can handle at any one time. Unfortunately, we had to delay the start of her work and the pool wasn’t completed in time for her grandchildren to enjoy when they visited. We did however stay in close contact, keeping her up top date as to when we could start.
